Hi, I'm Sarah
For more than 25 years I've been fascinated by one simple question:
Why do we suffer unnecessarily?
That curiosity has shaped my career and continues to inspire every conversation I have with my clients.
I've trained extensively in coaching, cognitive hypnotherapy, NLP and trauma-informed therapeutic approaches, but what matters most to me is helping people feel truly seen and understood.
Clients often tell me they feel comfortable very quickly.
Creating that feeling of safety, hope and possibility is one of the greatest privileges of my work.

My sessions are warm, conversational and completely tailored to you. We'll explore what's happening beneath the surface together, helping you understand yourself rather than criticise yourself.
There may be tears. There is often laughter.
Above all, I want you to leave each session feeling lighter, clearer and more hopeful than when you arrived.
