Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we'll explore the thoughts, beliefs and patterns that may be keeping you stuck. As you begin to understand yourself differently, you'll discover new ways of thinking, feeling and responding.
Every session is tailored to you. Depending on your needs, we may use cognitive hypnotherapy on its own or alongside therapy and coaching to support the changes you'd like to make.

Depending on your needs, we may draw on therapy, coaching, cognitive hypnotherapy or a blend of approaches. You don't need to decide which is right before we begin. We'll work that out together, creating a way of working that's tailored to you and your goals.
